§ Conference participation fee:
o Basic participation with a hotel room (breakfast included) – 1 night (2 days of conference, presentation of a paper, publication of an article, coffee breaks, two lunches and a gala banquet, 1 night 14-15.10.2025) - single room PLN 1200 (EUR 284), double room PLN 1070 (EUR 253);
o Basic participation without accommodation (2 days of conference, presentation of a paper, publication of an article, coffee breaks, two lunches, and a gala banquet – PLN 845 (EUR 200);
o Passive participation with a hotel room (with breakfast) – 1 night (2 days of the conference, publication of an article, coffee breaks, two lunches and a gala banquet, 1 night 14-15/10/2025) – single room PLN 1200 (EUR 284), double room PLN 1070 (EUR 253);
o Passive participation without accommodation (2 days of conference, publication of the article, coffee breaks, two lunches, and a gala banquet – PLN 845 (EUR 200);
o It is possible to stay the day before the conference (13/10/2025) in a hotel room (with breakfast) – surcharge for a single room PLN 360 (EUR 85), for a double room PLN 230 (EUR 55);
o For doctoral students, the rates are PLN 100 (EUR 24) lower (this provision does not apply to the costs of additional accommodation).

§ The deadline for receiving applications is October 3, 2025.
§ People interested in participating in the scientific conference are asked to fill out the registration form on the conference website.
§ The deadline for accepting texts for publication is December 31, 2025.
§ The text will be published only if it receives a positive review.
