Conference format

§  The conference formula includes:

- a moderated discussion of scientists and experts in a plenary panel at the opening of the event, followed by a question-and-answer session with the audience.

- thematic panels (comprising 3 to 6 panelists and a moderator) will consist of two parts. In the first part, each panelist will deliver a presentation (approximately 15 minutes each), followed by a Q&A session with the audience.

- submission of own panels by moderators – the requirement is that the panel proposer, acting as moderator, designate 3-6 panelists, who must also register and pay the conference fee. For submitted panels, the moderator choose the format, either a moderated discussion or individual presentations (approximately 15 minutes per panelist). In both cases, the second part of the panel must be devoted to a question-and-answer session..

§  The conference is in an in-person (on-site) format.

§  Publication of articles in a peer-reviewed monograph or in renowned scientific journals (from the list of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education):

 

o   „Athenaeum Polish Political Science Studies” – 100 pts.

o   „Polish Political Science Yearbook” – 100 pts.

o   „Political Studies” – 100 pts.

„Central European Journal of Energetic Materials " – 70 pts.

o   „Eastern European Studies” – 70 pts.

o   Army Logistics Systems” – 70 pts. indexed journal in databases: Scopus and ERIH PLUS

o   „Administration and Security Studies” – 40 pts.

o   „Defence Science Review” 20 pts., indexed journal in the database ERIH PLUS

o   „National Security Studies" 20 pts, a journal indexed in the database ERIH PLUS

o   „Modern Management Systems" 20 pts, journal indexed in the database ERIH PLUS

o   „Advances in Nuclear Technology" – 20 pts.

o   Scientific Journal of Safety and Logistics (a magazine published in USA) – 5 pts.

o   Other.

The condition for publishing an article[1] in individual journals is to obtain the approval of the editorial team and a positive review.
