Conference Excursion – Wednesday
On Wednesday, participants will have the opportunity to join one of two excursions, each lasting approximately 3–4 hours:
Option 1 – Glassworks Excursion
A visit to the Julia Glassworks in Piechowice, including a guided tour of the factory, engraving workshop, and the Krystalium exhibition. There will also be time to visit the shop and café. Travel by coach takes about 20 minutes each way.

Option 2 – Mountain Hike
A guided hike in the Karkonosze Mountains. The trip begins with a 1.4 km walk (about 25 minutes) from the hotel to the lower chairlift station. This is followed by a chairlift ride to Szrenica (about 40 minutes), and then a descent along a scenic hiking trail. The route passes two mountain huts and continues to the Kamieńczyk Waterfall before returning to the hotel. The trail itself is 4.5 km long and, according to the guidebook, takes around 1.5 hours. Altogether, including rests and a stop at a mountain hut, the trip takes approximately 3–4 hours.
Participants will be asked to choose one of the two options in advance at the registration desk upon arrival.
