Single room: 3200 PLN (for students: 2800 PLN)
Bed in a double room: 2900 PLN (for students: 2500 PLN)
Accompanying person in a double room: 1900 PLN
The CLC 2025 will take place in an on-site format only.
Payments must be made before 10th June 2025.
What is included in the conference fee?
The conference fee includes:
- accommodation in the Interferie Sport Hotel Bornit **** (15-19 September 2025),
- entrance to the conference sessions (oral presentations and poster sessions),
- full board,
- coffee breaks,
- conference dinner,
- conference excursion,
- conference materials.
Room service starts on Monday at 12:00 pm (supper will be served) and ends on Friday at 12:00 pm (lunch will be served).

Transfer costs are borne by the payer. The payment will not be visible in the system because participants' payments are made by bank transfers, not through the registration system. When we have booked the amount, we will send a confirmation of receipt of payment for the conference by email.
